Purpose of this Library

Welcome to the single source of truth for MaisonRMI policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs). This site brings together everything needed to stay compliant, deliver consistent experiences, and enable quick onboarding across departments.

  • Policies set the rules and accountability standards for how we operate.
  • SOPs translate those policies into practical, repeatable steps.
  • Department filters make it easy to find what applies to HR, IT, or Commercial teams.

How Content Is Structured

  1. Start with the relevant overview page for policies or SOPs.
  2. Drill down into the department page that matches the work you are doing.
  3. Use the metadata panel to confirm your audience, canonical URL, and local path.
  4. Follow embedded checklists, tables, or references for deeper guidance.

Need content that is missing? Use the contact details listed in each department page or raise a request with your department lead.

Contributor Workflow

  • Confirm if a brand-new policy/SOP is required or if an existing one needs an update.
  • Capture the owner, reviewer, and effective date before drafting.

  • This library is regenerated on every merge to the main branch and deployed to Cloudflare Pages.
  • Each article lists a review cadence so policies stay actionable.
  • Notifications of significant changes go out via the #company-comms channel in Slack.
