Governance & Oversight

  3. Platform Steering Committee – Prioritises technology investments and ensures platform reliability targets are met.

Each council meets monthly with published notes in Notion. Summaries and required actions are circulated via the #company-comms Slack channel within 48 hours.

Operating Framework

  • Cadence: Quarterly OKR planning with mid-quarter reviews; cross-functional demos every Friday.
  • Tooling: Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Linear, and Looker are considered systems of record unless otherwise stated.
  • Risk Management: Enterprise risk register maintained by the COO with quarterly reporting to the board.
  • Data Protection: Regional Data Protection Officers provide localised guidance supported by the IT Security & Operations Policy.
